Breplasta SR is mainly intended for application using airless sprayers.

Breplasta SR is for spraying onto common types of indoor walls and ceilings as a joint filler, surfacer and textured finish. The sprayer -

Breplasta SR combination is best used on projects that require flexible and easily managed equipment, e.g. housing improvement projects and major repair jobs. Top quality dolomite marble gives maximum whiteness and build. SR's higher bond strength makes it particularly suitable when adhesion and fine finish are more than usually important. Paper tape should be used when joint filling.

Breplasta SR should be applied using a sprayer of type Wagner EP 3000/HC45-55, Graco Tex-spray/Spackmax or similar. Alternatively, an airless sprayer of type HEMO 10 with an up to 40 m long hose can be used. Minimum working temperature: +5°C.

Maximum layer thickness: about 3 mm. Surfaces to be filled should be dry, firmly attached and cleaned. Eye protection is recommended when rubbing down above face height. Rubbed down surfaces should be dusted off prior to subsequent wallpapering or painting. Filled surfaces should be primed with size prior to wall-papering.
