DESIGN

Ø Systems will be designed according to minimum requirements for fire rating , acoustic sound requirements, thermal values, security, robustness & appearance.

Ø If stuctural engineer drawings and calculations are required then these will be supplied

Ø All systems are designed for minimum 50 year life

PANNING & PREPARATION

Ø Confirm partition layout

Ø Consider fire escape routes

Ø Ensure Building Regulation compliance

CONSTRUCTION

Ø Consider all Health and Safety requirements for the project including risk assessments.

Ø We will establish safe working zone and cordon off.

Ø Material deliveries will be coordinated and drop off / storage area agreed.

Ø Floor protection rolled out.

Ø Careful use of powered access plant.

Ø Tidying up and commissioning when complete

COMMISSIONING

Ø We will supply sign off sheet along with system information detailing all materials, their maintenance and acquisition.

Ø Ensure that building control has signed off project.

AFTER CARE & ADDITIONAL WORKS

Ø We will always respond promptly to any calls for maintenance works and additional works required.
